A cancer physician, qualified in internal medicine that has sub-specialized in the whole person assessment of patients with cancer and also in the use of chemotherapy, hormonal therapy and biotherapy.

What is a Surgical Oncologist?

A Surgical Oncologist focuses on the surgical management of malignant neoplasms or tumors. The surgical aspects of cancer include the resection of tumors, biopsies, understanding of pathology and staging.
