The program is a structured approach to weight loss and weight management.

There are program procedures and commitments which are keys to success.

  • Mandatory Attendance at Weekly Classes and Clinic
  • Record Keeping
  • Physical Activity
  • Weekly Phone Calls From You to Your Educator
  • 5 or more Supplements Daily - (Fasting Status)
  • Environmental Control

Old Attutudes, thoughts, and behavioral patterns dealing with food and exercise must be identified and modified if a lower body weight is to be achieved.

A supplemental very low calorie "fasting" technique is used in weight reduction. This is an extremely effective technique for weight loss, however, the program is much more than this technique.

Medical supervision is part of the weight loss phase. There are three levels of medical supervision depending upon weight and medical status.

Participation in the maintenance part of the program is critical to managing your weight.

The program does not have any contracts with insurance companies. Therefore, insurance can not be used to pay for program services.

Fees are charged whether you attend or not. Fees paid in advance are non-refundable.
